1. What LoveType is
LoveType is a self-reflection tool that offers relationship-awareness content — including an Attachment Style test, a Love Style test, and a Conflict Style test — based on your own answers. Results are intended for personal insight and reflection.
2. Not medical or professional advice
LoveType is not a medical device and does not provide therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or diagnosis of any kind. Nothing in the app should be treated as professional advice. If you are experiencing emotional distress or difficulty in a relationship, please consult a qualified professional.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LoveType on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
4. Purchases
LoveType offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks premium content permanently on your account. This is not a subscription — you are charged once and are not billed again. Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID; refunds are subject to Apple's own refund policies, not ours. If you reinstall the app or use it on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, use "Restore Purchases" to restore your unlock.
5. Your content
Your quiz answers, results, and any name you optionally enter are stored only on your device and belong to you. We do not claim ownership over them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its functioning, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
LoveType is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveType and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
